Introduction of Magnetic Separation Process
The magnetic mineral processing line or the magnetic separator production line is mainly made up of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, concentrator, and drying machine with the feeder, lifter and conveyor as the auxiliary equipment.
This production line is suitable for the wet magnetic separation of materials whose granularity is below 3mm such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore and ilmenite.
The magnetic separator features high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong processing capability and economical effect. The magnetic plant or the magnetic mineral processing plant can be customized according to users’ requirement.
