Belt Conveyor

FTM belt conveyor moves according to the principle of friction transmission and is used to transport loose materials or articles. It can be used in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, and the temperature of the transported material is below 50℃. According to the transportation process requirements, it can be transported in a single unit or in multiple units or in a horizontal or inclined conveying system with other conveying equipment to meet the needs of different layouts.

Brief In Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyors produced by our company can transport various materials economically and efficiently. In industrial production, belt conveyors can be used as a link between production machinery and equipment to achieve continuous production and automation, to increase productivity and reduce labor intensity.

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a belt roller, a transmission device and the like. The body is made of high-quality steel plates, and the frame is formed by the height difference of the front and rear legs, and the plane is inclined at a certain angle. A belt roller is mounted on the frame for driving and supporting the conveyor belt. There are two modes of geared motor drive and electric drum drive.
